Pengembangan Keunggulan Kompetitif sebagai Strategi Peningkatan Kinerja Organisasi Berkelanjutan
Abstract
Sustainable organizational performance is an achievement that becomes a benchmark for the success of a sustainable organizational management system. This study aims to determine the effect of resource planning in increasing competitive advantage as a strategy for improving sustainable organizational performance. The population in this study is the management of PT. Indo Acidatama Karanganyar, amounting to 114 people. The sample in this study was taken by total sampling technique, so that the total number of samples who became respondents in this study were 84 employees of PT. Indo Acidatama Karanganyar. Data analysis in this study was carried out with moderated regression analysis. The results showed that competitive advantage has an effect on sustainable organizational performance and resource planning has a significant effect on increasing competitive advantage as a strategy to improve sustainable organizational performance.
