IMPRESSION OF MICRO BUSINESS ACTIVITIES ON LEASE INTEREST IN THE "PASAR JURANG" OF SUCI GRESIK VILLAGE
Abstract
Fulfilling the needs of life during the pandemic triggers it to become an aspect that can motivate the improvement of people's lives. In a market segmentation that has a target market as the center for carrying out a buying and selling or business transaction in the lower middle class, it can be implemented by evaluating the triggering of interest in consumers which is often a consumer's desire and needs to support or complete their living needs. This research aims to determine the causes of indications of failure at the location of a business activity. The method used is a mixed method, a combination of two research methods: qualitative and quantitative. From the qualitative search results, failure of business activities occurs based on other factors not mentioned in the variables of this research. The conclusion that can be conveyed is that a business feasibility study is an important factor to carry out so that implementation in a focused and committed manner is the suggestion recommended in this research.
