Analisis Risiko Di Lemabaga Amil Zakat Infaq Dan Shadaqah Nahdatul Ulama Surabaya Menggunakan Metode ISO 31000
Abstract
With an emphasis on risk identification and analysis to enhance risk management and mitigation in this industry, this study looks at the many kinds of hazards that LAZISNU Surabaya faces. Risks to LAZISNU Surabaya's finances, strategy, operations, and reputation are the primary topics of discussion. The study's objective is to categorize different dangers and offer tactical suggestions for handling them. To identify hazards, a qualitative analysis approach is utilized, utilizing survey and in-depth interviewing approaches. Using the ISO 31000 framework, a phenomenological technique is used to analyze the data. The findings of this research indicate that (1) there are four main risks for LAZISNU Surabaya: the risk of fluctuations in zakat and donation fund values, the risk of transparency in financial reporting, the risk of reliance on third parties for innovative technology, and the risk related to limited human resources; (2) risk management in LAZISNU Surabaya needs to be carried out effectively based on the ISO 31000 Framework; and (3) the highest category of risk control in LAZISNU Surabaya can be achieved by creating an internal technology system capable of operating independently.
