Abstract

The study's background is the state of the firm's value, as measured by Price to Book Value, from property and real estate firms that saw a drop in value between 2018 and 2022. The goal of this study is to examine the variables Return on Assets (ROA), Natural Logarithm of Total Assets, and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) as proxies for the three aspects that can impact a firm's value: profitability, company size, and solvency. The data was provided by the Financial Reports of real estate and property companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during a five-year observation period. Fourteen companies were chosen as part of the sample; seventy companies were tested after five years of observation. Eviews 12 was used to assess panel data using regression using a fixed effect model. The test results indicated that while firm size had a negative impact on a firm’s value, profitability and solvency had no effect.
