Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Menggunakan Job Satisfaction Survey dengan Metode IPA pada Pt. Gamma Buana Persada. Tbk
Abstract
Sementara itu, indikator Knowledge of job dan Adaptability berada pada kuadran II (Keep Up the Good Work) yang perlu dipertahankan sebagai keunggulan organisasi.

Abstract
Employees, as the company's main assets, require an optimal level of job satisfaction to support sustainable organizational performance. This study uses the Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) approach and the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The IPA method is applied to identify the gaps between the level of importance expected by employees and the level of satisfaction they perceive. This study employs a descriptive quantitative approach. The research instrument is a questionnaire with 10 job satisfaction indicators measured using a 1–5 Likert scale. Validity and reliability tests showed that the instrument is valid and reliable. IPA analysis indicates that the indicators Leadership Qualities and Judgment fall into Quadrant I (Concentrate Here), which requires top-priority improvements. Meanwhile, the indicators Knowledge of the Job and Adaptability fall into Quadrant II (Keep Up the Good Work), which should be maintained as organizational strengths. This study provides strategic recommendations for the management of PT. Gamma Buana Persada Tbk. to improve job satisfaction through leadership development programs, technical training, and adjustments to the reward system.
